When I first started designing cakes, they were very traditional fruit cakes with royal icing and classical décor. Over the years, as my skills grew, I began to be inspired by art, pottery, architecture and nature. Drawing heavily on these inspirations and influences, I have experimented with my own cake making methods and designs.

The goal of a poet is to make his readers experience the emotions he felt when writing the words of his poem. This is exactly what I want my clients to experience when they see their finished cake.
