For all of my working life I have been fascinated with food.

I love modern, trendy, fusion cuisine, using only the best ingredients. I have always felt the restrictions on my creativity when working in hotels and restaurants, and the restraint of having to work within certain guidelines. I love experimenting with the textures and flavours of food, and it has long been my dream to have complete creative freedom and bring a world class restaurant into people’s homes.

As a freelance chef and cake designer I have been able to achieve that dream.

Since moving to Kingston in June of 2007, I have teamed up with Pam Ritchie. Pam is an extremely talented caterer and event organizer. Working together we truly can bring that world class restaurant into your home.
